gp lesture today
was sooooo INTERESTING!!!
Anyway i was hungry this morning
coz my breakfast only consisted of
1 piese of bread
and half cup of milk.
coz i hate bread haha.
sooo i went macs to get fries and cokelight.
and smuggled it into LT3 LOL
wellwell
managed to finish it quickly la
and then put it on the floor
lucky nvr get caught.
MS ONG WAS LECTURER TODAY EH
i heard lots of grumbles from everywhr around me HAHA
all didnt want her to lecture
heh.
she is really nice person de!
but she rly cant teach
i cant defend her on that issue
even her favvv student godwin agrees ^^
yupps. sadly.

anyway somehow tech prob
so she gave out handouts for us read first
2 articles.
about 2 sex scandals wor..
1 is nyp tammy video that was leaked in 2006
one is the recent acjc girls scandal.
yea i raised an eyebrow at the articles
i was thinking...what are we going to talk about today??

afterwards
she say tech prob (actually just screen purplish la -.-)
so ask us all to move to lt2 with the others
yupps so we went there and join the rest
they were watching a video.

the video was interesting.
quite sad la some parts
and a few parts so funny la
it was channel newsasia
interviewing a few ppl from girls home and 1 from boys home.
yupps about family problems
teenage problems
stuff like why they did it.
whose fault.
parents control.
whether it was right to send them to family court (by parents!!)
etcetc.
quite interesting..
i cant remember the first funny part la
second was the girl saying
she told her mum that its her own fault not her mum fault
coz is she do wrongly
so funny la
she was saying stuff like
her mum very nice to her
let her do everything she wan (HER MUM NOT GD BTW LOL. say later.)
yet she like tt.
last time she can eat all she wants
now she wan eat potato chips also cannot.
must wait parents visit then can eat.
funny part was when she was talking about she miss the food outside.
she said stuff like
she missed food such as macs and a lot a lot la
ppl started laughing
then all started laughing
ok i describe very poorly but well it was quite funny.
the way she said it.
the first one was funnier but i cant rmb.
anyway i was saying. her mum.
wth lor
they interviewed the girl who said that
it was a big blow to her when she did badly in sec sku.
she was a 'smart express stream student' as the cna said.
so when she started failing subs in sec sku
she gave up on her studies.
and the thing is when she gave up on her studies
her parents gave up on her!!!
tt's totally wth lor.
they didnt even TRYYY to help her
TRYY to control her leh.

they interviewed her mum
then her mum said stuff like
the girl dun wna study they also bo bian.
then she say she actually not that bad girl
just dun wan study and dun come home
oh ya this part we laughed too.
ONLY dun come home.
wow. this mum so liberal ya??
then there was a commotion whenthe interviewer asked her
"she dont study.......(i cant rmb what she said
but anyway she listed a few wrongdoings of that girl)
and always dun come home, and you think it's not bad enough???"
she looked appalled.
i heard jollin they all scold the mum behind me lols
coz the mum actually felt that she couldnt control her
she said she couldnt control her further.
she actually said FURTHER lols.
so kim jolin that grp say
she wasnt even CONTROLLING AT ALL
where got FURTHER to talk about.
well. true.
that mum...well. i dunno what to say about her.
the video also showed how the girls have changed
in the girls home.
they learned the right ways
and turned over a new leaf(:

after tt the lecturer also cited an example
she say ten years ago
(btw she looked very young. i was surprised she taught for >10 yrs!!!)
she had a student. sec 3 student.
from a neighbourhood sku which have many trouble students.
that girl was quite a smart girl.
that girl told her one day that she wanted to quit sku.
she was shocked so asked her why.
she say she need to go work
support her family.
the cher tried to convince her not to.
say no future and wont earn much anyway
coz she wan to go kfc work
$3.50/hr! coz 15 yrs old underage ma only there can.
earn $600-$700+ max a mth cant support family anyway!
so cher tried ask her stay
she say can help her get financial aid or sth.
the girl say she have no choice
cher ask her y must her quit sku
she say she is the oldest among 9 CHILDREN at home.

anyway so cher ask her
why her mum dun go work

what about her dad?
it's a dumb ques since it cant be with the same dad
that the 10 children came from. 95% not possible.
anyway so she said that
her dad is not with her mum anymore
the 10 children had 3 dads apparently and

i think that mum is really weird
but mainly i think that the mum is verrrrryyyyy IMMATURE

after that cher ask us nominate someone from each class
someone with their own mind own thinking someone...mature?
yupps then got ~6 ppl sabo-ed down.
then audience were told to aim questions at them
regarding either the sex scandals or the video.
first question was "did u watch the 10min video?"
WTH RIGHT LOL everyone laughed LOL
second question was "why did you think the girls did it?"
LOL the guy who was asked looked awkward and we laughed LOL
then the cher skipped both questions of coz HAHA
anyway the whole thing was just DAMN SUPER FUNNY HAHAHAH
a lot of jokers la
after that it got more serious la
but atmosphere was pretty light throughout la
pretty lively i guess.
there was a second round.

about parental control.
yupps answers were better coz ppl who went down were more serious.
godwin was sabo-ed by us :P
well he likes to give his opinions ma

anyway it was a really interesting lecture.

most interesting part was actually the teachers!! LOL
the lecturer was a lady.
the one that looked rly young. 20+
but is in fact not that young de.
LOL well and then got another guy one join her ma.
that guy quite cute LOL thats not the pt

coz still discussing the sex scandals part
then the guy said sth like

usu the girl is seen in a worse light.
then the girl snatched his mic and complained about tt statement
then the guy tried explaining himself

COZ HE MENTIONED ER-HEM LOL
